NaNoWriMo 2015: Completed

My official NaNo word count is 50,154. My total word count for my story is 91,368, and I don’t feel like I’m halfway. Then again, I need to actually outline the rest of the story.

I had a spreadsheet to track my daily progress since I was writing in a document that already contained from 40k words. Holy shit that feels good. I can’t believe how much I’ve written! Not to mention how far back in my story I was when I started.

I’ll write a more thoughtful post about what I’ve learned this month blah blah, but damn, I’m excited. I’m going to go lay on the couch with my future-wife and the puppy and watch the Ravens probably lose another embarrassing game to an embarrassing team. But I don’t care. I wrote fifty-fuckin-thousand words in 30 days. Life is good.

Keep grinding, friends! November is nearly over, but our work is far from finished.
