Guess who’s back in the US?!?!

In case you haven’t seen the haiku I’ve been posting this week (with some very obvious riddles), the wife and I were in England for a wedding and some good ole R+R in London.

I managed to get some sweet pics of what I assume is Greenland on our flight from Reykjavik to Baltimore. I’ve seen plenty of documentary footage of the arctic, but flying directly over it with such a clear view of the terrain felt like I’d been transported to another world. collide on neat Baker Street,

a quaint deduction.

Wedding celebrations commenced yesterday, and my mini grad school reunion was a great time. Now, the wife and I are staying in west London. Can anyone guess which well-known residence we visited today?

Traveler’s Haiku – Enfield

“Enfield”

Paving stone sidewalks

lead to an unknown town, but

still familiar.

Guess who’s in England! We arrived yesterday afternoon to attend my friend’s wedding tomorrow.  This will be a reunion of several of my grad school friends, so it’s only fitting that the smaller town we’re staying in reminds me of Exeter.
