Friday Write-Day: Taking Infants in Public?!

This week flew by. It’s one of those weeks where I feel like I did a lot, but I have to stop and think about it.

We brought Nugget to a craft festival outside Baltimore last Saturday. He was much beloved by many people who stopped to ask us about him. Apparently, it’s “brave” of us to take a 6-week-old in public. He mostly slept on my chest, wrapped in one of those backpack-style harnesses.

Welles and the “Silky” Sounds of Early 90s Grunge

You may remember me writing a few weeks ago about Dead Sara’s new EPTemporary Things Taking Up Space, and about how Jessie and I went to see them in DC last month.

Friday Write-Day: The Week of No Writing

Baltimore Comic-Con Reconaissance

I went to my first convention on Sunday! I knew that fellow author and blogger MLS Weech was going to be there, so I wanted to take the opportunity to stop by his table.

But I also wanted to start preparing for my next big move in book publishing: selling my book at conventions.
