Friday Write-Day: Am I Confident or Just Naive?

As I’ve already written several times, revision for my third manuscript of WoEM have gone rather smoothly. I’ve had to rewrite a couple of sections, or rethink my character arcs, but overall, I feel really good about where this story is in this more polished iteration.

Am I crazy? Continue reading “Friday Write-Day: Am I Confident or Just Naive?”

Friday Write-Day: Forging Ahead

Creativity Sessions: Finding a Character’s Heart

Last Friday, I touched on the changes that were beginning to manifest in the third draft of The Warden of Everfeld: Memento.

As one of two leading protagonists in the novel, I knew that Jaed’s characterization was paramount to both a well-balanced story, and an enjoyable read. Achieving that has been easier said than done.

Friday Write-Day: Digging into the Third Draft

Man, I have loved creating my third draft so far. It’s like watching the final pieces of a puzzle fit into place. The further along I get, the more amped up I am to share The Warden of Everfeld: Memento with you all!
