This is going to be a weird update. I can’t even tell you what my word count for the week is, because I was preoccupied with other awesome things.
So… this End-of-NaNo update has very little to do with NaNo.
I think my NaNo total this year ends up being about 5,500 words. Not great. definitely way lower than I had planned to write.
But…
I have some other fun developments for today and in the very near future.
Consolation Prize Announcements!
For one, I achieved my weekly goal of completing one chapter read-through for my beta draft of The Warden of Everfeld: Memento. So that’s cool. I actually thought I’d be able to hit two chapters, but I’m glad I at least completed one.
We’ll call that a win.
Also, I am very excited to announce…
[dramatic pause]
[drum roll]
Evening Satellite Publishing has an official website!
If you’ve visited any of our subpages in the past, such as the EVP menu at the top of this screen, my blog for “Wolf’s Moon Night”, or my page for WoEM, then you won’t find much new info on EveningSatellite.com.
At least, not yet.
That’s right, I’m officially vaguely teasing a huge announcement in the near, but still totally vague future!
Don’t worry though. RSPC will remain alive and well. EveningSatellite.com is more for our book information (and eventually sales). RSPC will still be the primary blog for all of our wonderful, crazy, irritating rants. Lucky you!
Check out the website and let me know what you think! And be on the lookout for some announcements soon!
Writing Goals for 12/8
- Read through two chapters of WoEM
- Write 2,500 words on WoEL
