So January is here, guys. I feel like I was well aware of this three days ago, but some little gremlin flew in on his RC plane and took that kernel of knowledge from my brain, and I’ve just know re-remembered it.

Had a dream with you starring
Woke up mid scream
Won’t call it a nightmare
‘Cause it was still good to see you.
You never saw me
And won’t have the chance again
Not ’til a procrastinator’s later.
I can’t see me either
Not clearly
I’m a blur of

This is a friendly reminder that I recently wrote and published a fantasy adventure called The Warden of Everfeld: Memento.
This novel is available for purchase on Amazon.com:
Here is the full synopsis:
The Second Redskael War left many communities in Everfeld in mourning, and now they have united in mutual protection. Aston dreams of fighting for his home as his father did, but Jaed only wants to find the home she never had.
When a long-buried secret is revealed, Jaed and Aston must flee those who would stamp out any threat to the fledgling Felding Alliance. Now they must each make a choice: run away and condemn the society they were raised in, or fight back to protect those they love.
The Warden of Everfeld: Memento follows their adventure as they struggle to reconcile their pasts and discover the true meanings of identity, honor, loyalty, and love. Their choices will change their lives and Everfeld forever.

One way of doing that is to talk about the things that tend to keep me from writing: absorbing other peoples’ stories. Continue reading “#AmConsuming? A Rundown of My Multimedia Consumption”

Stay-at-home parenting is hard. Well, it’s not difficult, but it is time-consuming and frustrating.
It’s also fulfilling. These last two weeks have flown by. Things that happened a week ago already feel distant, because my days have been non-stop. Continue reading “Friday Write-Day: Vacation is almost Over!”
